A cannabis social club, also known in German as an “Anbauverein,” is a registered, nonprofit association whose members grow cannabis for their own personal use. The association passes on the cultivation costs to its members in the form of a fixed monthly membership fee. Distribution is limited exclusively to association members and is regulated by law.
Membership entitles you to legally purchase cannabis within the legal quantity limits.

- We will process and review your application.
- We will now send you all the relevant documents, including your membership card.
- Please return all the marked documents to us once they have been completed and signed.
Through this process, we ensure that we meet the requirements of the Consumer Cannabis Act (KCanG) and fulfill our documentation obligations.
- Membership may be terminated no sooner than 3 months after joining the club.
- Membership ends at the end of the third month following notice of termination.
- Engagement Based on Your Time Budget – Our goal is to plan the scope of work according to your time budget. We offer a wide variety of tasks, ranging from minimal involvement to comprehensive and complex process management. We’d be happy to help you make your selection. Just contact us.
- The monthly limit is 50g per member.
- For members between 18 and 21 years of age, a monthly maximum limit of 30g (less than 10% THC) applies.
- The exact amount depends on availability and the selected membership type.
Each member pays a monthly fee based on their individual consumption.
There is NO admission fee, and there are NO other costs for members.
There are various membership plans, which are based on the desired purchase quantity. Our cultivation costs are allocated based on the member's cannabis purchase quantity.
- 20 g per month = €155 monthly contribution
- 35 g per month = €260 monthly contribution
- 50 g per month = €360 monthly contribution
Other monthly quantities are currently not available.
Members' monthly dues or assessments are accepted exclusively via bank transfer to the appropriate club account. Exceptions may be made.
We recommend setting up a standing order.
In the event of a late payment, no cannabis will be dispensed until the outstanding amount is paid in full.
No! Giving or selling cannabis to third parties is prohibited by law.
The cannabis is intended exclusively for the member's personal use.
Pickup takes place at our pickup location in Berlin Reinickendorf in a closed-off area.
Our female members also have the option to purchase cannabis during specific times.
Through our club app, you can individually schedule your pickup times and quantities.
Proof of membership and presentation of an ID card are required for every pickup.
- We grow a selection of various cannabis strains with varying THC and CBD levels.
- The varieties will be announced shortly.
- Cultivation takes place under controlled conditions, in accordance with “California standards”, and under conditions similar to those in a food manufacturing facility.
- The association strictly adheres to the provisions of the Recreational Cannabis Act (KCanG).
- Documentation and controls ensure that cultivation volumes, distribution volumes, and budgets are not exceeded.
- Authorities review and monitor the association to ensure compliance with the law.
Violations of the bylaws or laws (e.g., disclosure to third parties) will result in consequences.
3 Policy Options:

- The contract may be terminated at any time with 3 months' notice (effective at the end of the month).
- This three-month notice period is necessary because, if a club were to withdraw at short notice, we would no longer be able to plan ahead and, as a result, would be unable to fulfill our delivery obligations.
No, the association reserves the right to reject applications.
